You can but generally over clocking a graphics card gives you next to no framerate improvement depending on the game, especially if the card is very low end in the first place. Also many G210s are fanless or have a little tiny fan meaning it would not be good at dissipating the extra heat caused by overclocking. The G210 is only a media card designed for Home Theater PCs, not a gaming pc.
If your pc is a desktop machine, the easiest way to gain performance is to buy a new graphics card. A good card, that won't break the bank balance would the AMD ATI Raedon HD 5670, which can be had for as little as $59.99 or £59.93 and would be way, way better than the G210.
